Mo works for ESPN, he doesn’t want to get into hot water by calling out Bart because obviously ESPN didn’t care about what he said even though it was essentially a threat. It’s the same reason Mo doesn’t go to hard at Keyshawn. He’s employed by the same company that employs them, he’s not going to berate them on live radio.

Yeah, pretty much this. He knows Scott is unhinged, so if he did push it Scott would go ballistic and start shouting like a lunatic and soon you have people retweeting the encounter and making ESPN and their corporate overlords look bad. Then Mo gets taken to the woodshed and maybe the gig that puts food on his table is taken away. If he wasn't told directly, then I'm sure he figured out that he needed to play nice.
