Carlos back to whining

I know he’s been bad. But That bad?

We only know how "bad" he's looked on the field.

With what he's putting out there in public, I can only imagine how bad he's been behind closed doors.  His behavior could be downright hostile during practice and in meetings.

Regardless of speculation, this guy simply can't be here any longer.  Trade him, cut him.  Just get him the hell out of here.

You start fining him for conduct detrimental to the team. It’s time to hit back and show the behavior won’t be tolerated.

If you want to take it as an insult, fine.  Whatever motivates you, but if you want to know why, look in the mirror.

Interesting how strongly you feel about personal responsibility, paying for your actions, and performance based employment..... yet nowhere in your post are you mentioning the 3-18-1 coaches who blow 21 point leads and call stupid plays and their actions and performance. Just Dunlap. Very interesting.

Ask yourself how would you feel if you were one of his fellow DEs he just put on blast.

He should probably be suspended effective immediately.

I've supported Dunlap, but he just gave Cleveland the Defensive line rotation. Exposing the gameplan looking focused on stopping the run. You just don't do that.

Surely Cleveland has taken note.

When he did it before the Ravens game, no one knew what the "something new" looked like. So it worked (for the most part). Now Cleveland does, and they'll take advantage.

Yep. Posting a picture like that publicly should be a very large fine.

Hell my nephew who had a summer job at Burger King told me he could be fined and fired for taking a picture of the kitchen...
I have the Heart of a Lion! I also have a massive fine and a lifetime ban from the Pittsburgh Zoo...

Even if you hate Zac Taylor and Lou, and you feel they botched this entire situation, I think you still have to admit that Carlos is being a grade A douche.

Out of respect for your teammates, and especially for the Brown family, keep your gripes behind closed doors. By making this stuff public he's hurting everyone.

He's even hurting the value in trade compensation (if he has any) by making it known we have to get rid of him. It's no different than if you're selling anything else. If someone knows you have to sell, they have leverage. If you can convince them you're not even sure you want to get rid of it, you have some leverage. He's killing any leverage we have.

The Browns have paid this man a ton of money. They've given him two different extensions that made him one of the highest paid players at his position. They were the ones who initially decided to give him a chance after he slid in the draft. And this is how he repays them?

This is bs. He's a whiny ass ***** for doing this out in the open.

This.

These are widely different players, and putting this out in the open gives the Browns a look into our gameplan.

Its way time to take action on this crap. Let him go, just cut him. He's ruining his trade value every week with this kind of stuff. Its addition by subtraction at this point.

This is a team, not the Carlos show. Marvin is gone and the new coaches are not shying away from benching high paid vets if they arent producing, and Carlos has played like crapo this year.

Actually, no he isn't.

And that is the big problem.

It is like benching Dalton for Finley all over again.  The back up is NOT better.

I get fans hate this coaching staff but there not dumb enough to play bums over Dunlap because they think they have more talent then him. This clearly has nothing to do with talent and is a disciplinary, attitude or effort issue. Whatever Dunlap has done to be benched he probably deserved it.

Always been a dunlap fan but if he's not buying in then we need to trade or cut him. Same with any other Marv vets.

1. The coaches ARE making absurd choices, I agree with Dunlap there.

2. What was the point of his IG apology lol then he turns around and does this. Guy is all over the place.

3. He’s not going to be worth much on the market, especially when posting confidential team info on the web... his asking price just keeps going down imo.

This.

He clearly just wants out now.  he does not care anymore.

You wouldn't be having veterans causing drama if you had capable coaches using their talents effectively. Players want to be able to contribute to help the team win. Not having a coach use his ego to the detriment of the team. It's going to get worse until Zac is gone.

Fans trash the hell out of Lou and Zac but when a player dares to question them suddenly the coaches are beyond reproach.

This....

I guess Carlos should just be cool with losing and a clown show coaching staff.
I'm gonna break every record they've got. I'm tellin' you right now. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but it's goin' to get done.

He must've given it to them when they ran all over the Bengals week 2 as well.

When we try to sign free agents this offseason whose opinion do you think other NFL players will respect more.  Zac's or Carlos'?

In what way was he a diva? I get this past year but in his first like 8-9 seasons what did he ever do?

Zac has handled the dealing of players in the worst way possible in just about every situation. How many players have to get pissed and want out due to him before some of you realize maybe HE'S the problem?

How many people have been at a job where there's a horrible manager who doesn't treat their employees well? Eventually people get sick of it and leave. In the NFL you can't just quit and get a new job so this is the only avenue for them to show their frustration. Obviously it's not the best way or most professional but to think ZT isn't playing a massive role in all of these situations is simply being blind.
