He also has put a halt to hiring in the federal workforce and is freezing wages. Military is exempted though.

From what I've seen today (and, God, I don't want to be doing a day-by-day analysis of the admin!), these things probably would have been expected from any GOP candidate at this point. 

Nothing for us liberals to go running off the cliff about yet.

TPP was never ratified.  Basically he said he'll stop trying to get it approved.
