Congratulations and you are now officially on the clock, President Trump. Time to put up or shut up.
I'll be checking back in 100 days to see how things are going.

wronger.
he's already taken down the white house page saying global warming is a threat and put up a pledge to drill more oil. Which is interesting given that profitable shale sites are running out and having trouble competing with cheap Saudi oil. So i guess that means were going to "subsidize, baby, subsidize!"

the liberal butthurt has not bottom.....
Vox liberal co-worker told me he was buying options, covers and insurance when Trump got sworn in. Smart guy - and I told him point blank he was a sucker. Thinking that Trump putting his hand on a bible mattered somehow. **** him - good for his broker.
I'm honestly kind of amazed. This was a really, really smarty guy - and he was blinded by political rage. For me, it was interesting that he couldn't separate his own personal politics from business decisions.

That's part of the reason why people don't trust Trump.
Easy to bait and puts his ego on a higher plain than anything else and his ego and wealth are directly tied together.

So far today he has formally scrapped the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Obama's signature trade deal. Hillary also opposed this even though some Republicans agreed with Obama.
He also has put a halt to hiring in the federal workforce and is freezing wages. Military is exempted though.

The fact that Spicer LOOKS like a brownshirt really sells the act.
Can't say I liked Obama's chief propagandists....but I never felt an urge to punch them in the face.

He looks like a middle aged version of a lot of the smug assholes I went to Catholic school with.

I'm not the least bit concerned about "conflicts of interest". If we're talking investments (as in stocks), rather than actual businesses there would be much more concern and opportunity, and that's why investments are handled in a blind trust. But I have a lot of trouble buying this conflict of interest stuff because becoming POTUS for that is a really difficult and inefficient way to go about it.
A much bigger, and far more valid, concern is being distracted if he's not fully separated from his businesses.
