That's rather ridiculous. The sad part about this is that they will likely get what they want.

And it's just a delaying tactic.

They're just trying to buy time to keep cashing paychecks before Teva buys them and gets rid of some of the staff. Unfortunately, that delay will be funded by taxpayers.

cant run a successful business then they should go out of business which opens the door for someone who can run a successful business...
