Largely, in bidens case, it won't matter. As trump has found out, a lot of what the president does is largely what his appointees are actually doing. Biden has been around long enough his appointees will be people who know how to keep a government running.

Biden seems like a confused grandpa, but Trump seems like a cocky 16 year old rich kid who thinks saying something with confidence makes it true. 

So I woudnt call Trump's mind damaged so much as it never had to develop.  Im not saying that to pick on the guy, he just seems like he's stuck in a consequence-free juvenile mindset...plus he totally gets lots of hot chicks, did he mention that?

I was going to argue with this and say he'd be paying his friends to do it...but Trump wouldn't have friends.
