Forget Coming For Our Guns, They're Coming For Our Porn!
#1
Kind of a tongue in cheek thread here. Besides the fact that the proposal would be a technological nightmare that would be pretty much unenforceable, I think it would almost universally be hated behind closed doors. Taking away people's porn may about be the one thing that could unite the country, it would be this century's Boston Tea Party.

Sidenote: "John McCain Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Fund" ...is the worst name possible. Maybe try to change that to "John McCain Stopping Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Fund"? Or something along those lines. As it is originally just sounds like a crowd sourcing fund for trafficking and exploiting children. As if they decided a fund that was already 8 words long couldn't handle a 9th word to make their message actually be conveyed properly.

It would raise zero money because nobody wants to explain a $20 porn charge on their credit card. Just more nonsense being thrown out there so people look they they are working.

Everything about this is a bad idea so why not go with a bad name just to really hammer it home?

Alex Jones told Piers Morgan that "1776 would occur again if you try to take our firearms."

While that's pretty hyperbolic, 1776 will occur again if you try to take away our porn.

Don't mess with our dopamine fix.

charging people to access obscene content is "pretty clearly unconstitutional."

Yes, I see this as a Constitutional issue.

The founders would rolling in there graves if they thought big government had come to this.
Not what they intended!
