If you're good at growing bomb ass weed, you should be able to, right along side your tomatoes and rhubarb.  There would have been restrictions on how much you can grow for personal use and you would need a license to sell it.  Screw that.  I'm glad it failed.

Beats the status quo.  You can't grow it at all.

No, but I'd have no problems buying "homemade" produce from someone's garden.  Pot is a plant after all.

exactly the only real thing you have to do besides water it and provide light is dry it out after you pluck it.
