Even though i vote both, i assumed the same thing. If you have fam/friends, it's pretty much assumed you know someone.

I've known many gay people, worked with many of them in the restaurant biz and worked with one that is transgender. My ex-wife's uncle is gay and I have a younger cousin that is gay (we all knew it since he was like 5yo, though I think some were in denial). I've also worked with a lot of people who's primary language is Spanish, but not all are Mexican. In fact one of my current boss's is Puerto Rican (I don't work in restaurants anymore though). When I was married (a long time ago) I worked in a hospital in Indiana and one of the doctors that came on my unit was Pakistani and a practicing Muslim. And the company I'm with currently has a very diverse work force, in which I've met people from all walks of life. Including Muslims, Christians, and Jews. As well another current boss that is gay, two that are divorced (one male, the other female), I have an employee that is from Guam and another from Congo (interesting fellow, he speaks French as well as English.) I hadn't really thought about it much until you posed the question. I think I'm just attracted to different cultures and ways of life. Anyways cheers!

It won't let me vote. I keep getting this error- "The specified poll option is invalid or does not exist."

I am using an iPad mini 2 and Mozilla.

There was a member on the old board that was going through a transition from male to female. I cannot remember what screen name he went by. This would have been 2007'ish. I know he was around when the P and R first fired up.
