Using Air Conditioning is now Sexist

men definitely have stricter dress codes. I can't wear shorts or flip flops but they can.

Sweater, polo, or button up with slacks is my option.

In my department we are allowed to request our thermostats be adjusted to our liking (within reason of course). I have told them before, for both winter and summer, just keep mine at the lowest you are allowed to. It's nice because it keeps people out of my office.
