The problem with that logic is there are plenty of men and women who AREN'T transgender that still look closer to the opposite sex and draw questioning looks and make people "uncomfortable".

It's not an issue using toilets.  It's potentially an issue with showers.  The laws should remain on the books to have recourse against the stupid/indiscreet and the activists seeking to make a show [no pun intended].

^^^seems like that 75% number is probably taking some serious liberties....as in they are assigning role/tasks (i.e THE "job") to the boss, and probably pay also (as in "my boss wasn't paying me enough").

I've met virtually no women who complained about it.  In fact most people don't complain.

Then some male politician passes a law to outlaw it because...morality.

Or they can't keep themselves from trying to catch a glimpse of a nipple.
