Are they classified as white because they take conservative views..... That would throw off the polling quite a bit.

Interestingly enough, I don't know how they have come to their conclusions on the whole thing. Essentially, Hispanic/Latino is not it's own race listed. It is only used in conjunction with another race on the census. It's pretty weird.

I don't ask people what gender or race they are.  It's all clear to me just by looking at them.  If you have a hog you're a man and if you have darker skin you ain't white.  Also, that one woman who pretended to be black wasn't black.  Ricky Ricardo wasn't white.

Everything you need to know about a person can be inferred in a single glance.

Yes, I saw that which is why I don't understand how Cubans are allowed to "be white" in your mind if they identify with "white" politics.
