I don't know if all the infrastructure was or wasn't completed when the troops were withdrawn. We left Iraq less stable than we arrived. However, what has happened was destined to happen regardless of when we exit. Iraq shouldn't even exist as it is drawn on the map. They need to sort that shit out themselves the same way we did during our Civil War. No matter what we do some group is going to be pissed. Personally, I think the less we do in the region and the more they participate in self determination the bette we serve our own self interests. If you believe the popular story, OBL masterminded the 9/11 attacks because we had boots on the ground in Saudi Arabia before Desert Storm. We need to stay the F out
