Yep.  Marv in under contract for next year and the injury excuse is already in place.  Marv is a dinosaur and not even a clever one.

Hardy Nickerson was just staring at Marvin waiting for the call because Marvin was hitting the wrong botton, you literally can’t make this stuff you figured they would practice this during the week. Also this whole moral victory attitude  with the coach and players is embrassing. Saying they improved and they had positives that came from this game.

I said in another thread that the game has passed Marv by. I misspoke on that. It hasn't passed him by. It has run right over him and you can see it in his eyes.

So yeah, take a guy who his failing at his one job and give him a second one.

Unless he contributed in the decision to not get a better OT in FA than Bobby Hart and/or not getting an OT/OG in the draft until the final round.

Just look at that last important 4th down, they had auden tate in cody cores spot, then when they took a time out they started to send mixon outg to that spot, then changed it to cody core. Its like it was set up to lose, or our coaches are just that damn pathetic. Also as i watched dalton,it was a quick pass, looks like it was designed to go there,he looked in the middle real quick probably trying to look off the defender and fired it to core. Core just plain dropped it.

It was a perfect pass right to Core's hands.

And i agree, the Bengals need an entirely new staff, picked by a new HC.  Then it's his guys and he sinks or swims with them.

Fans see new coordinators as major changes, but Marvin generally hires his friends when he fills coaching positions.

Sure the coaching is bad, the players aren't playing with heart, and all of the fans are disgruntled. Is this deja-vu? Haven't we been here before? Sure we have, and those of us who have been around a while all know that there can only be one, true solution.

Mike Brown must retire, and complete and all control of Football Operations must be turned over to a competent General Manager.

Daniel Coats would have caught that pass.

Roland would have caught it one handed. That’s one of the best throws under pressure I’ve ever seen Andy Dalton make.

Like John Madden used to say "Some guys just can't catch the ball, when you throw it right into their hands.".  Perhaps Cody Core is one of those guys?

To describe the Bengals’ coaching situation let’s use a music analogy. There’s going to be a blockbuster movie released and the producer wants the best musical soundtrack ever. The best musicians from all over the country come together to make the recording in the best studio money can buy.

Now would you hire the best musical director, the best arranger, and the best sound professional — or would you drag out the musical staff from Hee Haw?
