Trump says he is being misquoted when a reporter asks him about saying the vaccine could be ready by October claiming he said "by the end of the year".  One word salad later he says he believes it could be by October.

So, he said a vaccine could be ready by October, not one will be ready by October, correct?

Because any vaccine that goes through a proper vetting and testing process will take at least one year to make note of any long term side effects it may have. Plus Trump is talking out of both sides of his mouth.

All seriousness aside the "beef" is that he lies all the time and when he "just says" he believes it will be on the market "before November" he is misleading lots of people.

Not that his lying bothers a lot of people.
