For all of you who do not know the term "farmers" applies mainly to huge corporations. The four largest companies control over 80% of all corn and beef production in the U.S., over 70% of soybeans, over 60% of pork and seeds, and over half of the poultry.
So this is basically a huge corporate welfare plan. But who cares about a few billion in welfare to corporations when Joe Bob is making $300 cash under the table and still getting $100 in food stamps.

But like you said, who cares about corporate welfare when I heard some one saw a guy using food stamps to buy lobster once. ![]() |
