I know we did when we posted grades, my other teachers and I just kept it in our department for everything in case grade books were stolen.

Part of growing up is learning how to handle being teased. My kids get made fun of sometimes. It's good for them to get creative to brush it off. I am glad it happens, and I'm glad it bothers them. I always tell them to figure out a solution. And they come up with some funny stuff.

But also this was the late 80's and while there were plenty of odd folks on campus I don't remember any confusion about anyone's sexuality. Your anger and ego will always reveal your true self. |
