***Week 1 GameDay Thread - Bengals @ Browns***
10-0 last Halloween and then floodgates opened. Will likely happen again.

Welcome back to the NFL everyone!

WHO DEY!

Yup, here we go again. Should expect this is the norm for Cincy by now:

- Slow start to the season
- struggle with Cleveland
- 2nd half team (defense especially) making close games and crying for a win.

Need stop coming out at half, Burrow needs to show of fire in 1stvseries, Mixon running hard maybe run more in 1st series or some play action

Are you saying Burrow's passes with and without the glove he despises would still be all over the place if it were dry out?  That's just dumb.

This is more about the Bengals stopping themselves.

I think I was wrong about not playing them in the preseason. At least try it next year for a series or two because this isn’t working week one any year.

Wilson has been turds this game. Always out of position and giving up yards.

Just noticed we are the only scoreless team at this point.

But he was able to throw in snow last year

Well I think that 'the Chiefs are 0-1!' thread is looking mighty silly right now.

Still, we can't look any worse than this in the 2nd half... right? Right!?

Not too worried at this point as we're clearly a slow out of the blocks group, but you have to ask some serious questions of a franchise that looks this bad after last year's Week 1 horror show.

They should have stuck with Mixon while he was hot, but decided to get cute.. Go figure..

The Good News : Announcers say not suppose to be as much rain in 2nd Half. Less Rain and some better field position and Bengals Offense might get going.

Bengals 1st String looks like they didn't play in preseason. First half the Bengals offense looked like game one of preseason. They need to get it together, because this ain't preseason, this game counts.

Bengals do not look well prepared at all. Cleveland looks like the better team. As a Bengals fan, I always dread week 1. This is usually what we get.
