***Week 11 GameDay Thread...Bengals @ Broncos***

Wide open but the pass is batted down.  He's had 4 balls thrown his way, 2 that got anywhere near him in bounds, one was a catch.  If the ball can't get to him, he can't catch it.

He's not getting open. Talib is draped all over him.

As soon as the Broncos score a TD it’s over.

And another easy third down conversion. Wide open receiver and no pressure on the QB.

2nd down on the last drive he was wide open, but the ball was batted down at the line...

Dropping like flies. Denver will run at will.

Damn offense making the defense tired again.

Btw, I never said the defense was causing the offense to suck. Just tired of the offense being blamed for the defensive performance.

I agree with you. The offense is trash and plays a part in wearing the defense out, but when the defense can't get off the field on third down from the outset of the game you cannot keep blaming the offense. Another big third down given up the first drive after halftime.

To have a TOP so low both parties must be struggling. Our offense cannot sustain drives, but we have given up over 50% on third downs the past few weeks, which is on the defense.

Well that's what they did in the second quarter before the injuries, so why would it change?

Meh, that happens sometimes. Especially to Dalton. You have to get open more than once or a few times if you're AJ Green.

He's making QB money. Should be able to win some of these matchups with premier corners.

I know it does, but that is not "disappearing".  2 balls have gotten to him.  1 catch, 1 he broke up as Roby undercut it.

Beat up at CB, beat up at LB, and beat up at DT. Not good for our defense, then throw in that they’ve already been on the field a TON and it’ll be a miracle if the Bengals win this one

Thank you. That's all I'm saying. They're both playing a part right now. No need to play favorites. Our team sucks. The whole thing.

Are the DBs so bad they have to play 7 yards off every play?
