He doesn't have to dominate games. He just has to do what a good high school player should do....catch an uncontested ball.

Can we put Chase back there to return kicks? If he isn't doing the WR thing and the other guys are dropping it as a rule....well...why not?

The Buccaneers are loaded with top tier talent - HOF QB, best WRs in the league and a strong OL. Cincinnati doesn't have that kind of talent.
