I don't understand how that wasn't at worst an incompletion.  Ross appeared to be in position to highpoint and catch it, but he didn't even get a hand on it?!   Maybe the replay made it look closer than it was....  ugh.  just ugh.

Ross looked like he's 5' 2" on that play
