I may be overlooking it, but I'm not seeing where they're overstays.

But in any event, if they  we're defrauding people, then glad they got caught.

While I don't see how this is an overstaying of visa situation, it is nice to see someone arrested who is breaking the law.

Assuming he's found guilty of course. It'll be interesting to see if the courts decide whether or not this fake university was entrapment.

If it's found to be entrapment, then this would kind of just be another story to file under the "ICE behaves like they're above the law" category.

The way this particular article describes the "sting" is pretty damning but maybe it's written in a biased manner and ICE was not in the wrong here.
