Ken Cuccinelli. Former AG here in Virginia and GOP nominee for governor in 2013. I can never remember to spell his name, and he is often referred to as "the Cooch" around these parts, so that is how I refer to him.

The Gooch.  Ali scared the crap out of him.   Arnold pretended he was dying so that Ali would visit him, and then he related how the Gooch bullies him.
