Actually I did read up on it. Toys r us handled it poorly but he didn't need to go ranting on social media. I'm over all the ranting that people do on social media. Just handle it through the proper channels. No one cares if he got poor customer service.

companies care more about their public image than "proper channels"

Call a company out on Twitter and within a DAY you get shit fixed. 

Just because you don't like it, doesn't make it wrong or less worthy. 

He was right to call them out. They were being shitty.
