Ain't no way in hell Jaelon Darden is there in the 6th round. But, I love the rest of your picks. I love Dickerson, but do they need yet another dude coming off an ACL along with injury history???? There's several other OL that have no injury histories.

I was team Sewell. But positive we'd take Chase, so not surprised.

Still think IOL is more of a need than OT. I would take Humphrey at 38.

Relative athletic scores at position group has him the #1 C since 1987. 4.0 GPA in college & high school. Two time all-american. Plus kind of nasty.

I can see why some want to go OT in 2nd: because you can still get a G in Rd 3 (Meinerz?/Davis). Whereas your quality OTs are likely played out by Rd1.But I prefer to take elite guys at their positions when you can. Humphrey is elite athletically, mentally, and in terms of performance and does not have injury history (Davis, Dickerson).

In terms of the board & OL getting picked, it went well for us.

ooh a 4.0 GPA and nasty? Center is a great spot for a smart player. Even if it's a Bama 4.0

Exactly. I'm not mad over the Chase pick, cause honestly, who didn't see it coming with the boobs in the FO? The only "anger" I have is the fact that our oline has been dogshit for 4-5 years. You've put a bandaid on RT, two meh to shitty guys at G, and a huge question at C. WTF? I'm tired of kicking that can down the road. You had a need all over the OL, and the talent lined up there at 5 AND in the 2nd rd. Now we gotta hope Jonah can play 16, and Reiff has found Ponce De Leon's fountain, and two trolls under the bridge magically turn to NFL starter quality guards under the wizardry of Frank Pollack. I'm not exactly sold on any of that....lol.

Is what it is Wyche.

Gotta sell jersey's, and gotta sell tickets. Wins are irrelevant.

Same shit show since August of 1991.

Yet, we continue to support the team and be surprised when they do the wrong thing over and over and over.

I'm sure Chase will be a good to above average WR but I'm also just as sure our OL will still suck in 2021 and we still won't sniff the playoffs. And we'll repeat this exercise in 2022 draft with some guy who everyone falls in love with at CB or Edge or TE or anything but the real issue.

Yes sir....it was no surprise to any of us who've been around a while...lol.

That last sentence is what REALLY concerns me. You can find speed at WR in any round in every draft. Premier LTs are far and few between. This should've been a slam dunk. I'll be honest, if Burrow didn't get curb stomped last year, I might not be so bullish on my stance....but he did, and I am. I just can't believe so many fans forgot that shit in a few short months

We just keep coming back for more too...

I legit have hit this moment right here with this team and Mike Brown.

I'm gonna be pissed if the Lions and Jets do better than us next year when we've supposedly had a gifted headstart and we chose to build outside in rather than how they built inside out.  That is my litmus test of whether we bettered the team or are just doomed to repeat the same ole same ole.

Bengals went 3 linebackers last year because it was a position of need. I would not be surprised to see them go Offensive Line 2nd, 3rd, 6th or 2nd, 4th, 6th.

I think Barmore is going to be a big temptation for the Bengals, though.

Yes, Barmore, Milton Williams, and those edge backers. JOK.   They may have to spend some future draft capital to get their guys.

Barmore with Reader would keep backers clean and be sic.

The knock on Humphrey is that he's not a mover.  But he's probably one of the most cerebral centers in this draft. I don't know if having a left-handed center is a big deal but it is something different.

Barmore is very tempting. Wonder if we could take barmore and then trade back up in the second to get once of: Eichenberg, Cosmi, Radunz.

Or just take Barmore and grab one of the guards in 3. There are a lot of good players left, I think they’ll get a starter in rounds 2 and 3 regardless.

I think what could send the Cincinnati Bengals fan base over the edge is if they skip a high caliber prospect on the offensive line and instead picks a defensive player at #38. I'm already prepared psychologically for this to happen.

Barmore and Milton Williams Will be hard for this front office to pass up in the second round. I hope Frank Pollack can make some effective noise.

My favorite center/guard is Kendrick Green.

If the Bengals are in position to take Barmore at number 38, gets Wyatt Davis in round three and Kendrick Green round four that would work for me.  Synric and others have stated that Davis had an injury that limited his play last year at the Ohio State University.  Davis appears to be a right guard-only prospect.  A mauler.

Another guy to keep an eye on is Spencer Brown. He is said by many scouts to have a high ceiling and could be elite in a couple years.

Barramore I think could be one of those guys the media likes more than teams. He wasn't a full-time starter getting rotated out pretty often and to start the year he was almost nonexistent. I think a weak class made people search out "a guy" and they landed on him because he's from Alabama and he flashed at the end of the year when everyone was watching. There are rumors he was a hard guy to coach down in Tuscaloosa and I am just not sure there is really a ton of value there.

Do you think the Bengals would pull the trigger on Milton Williams in the second round?

Nah, Williams is another guy people are searching out to find the interior DL we are used to seeing but his athleticism just never matched the tape to me. I think they are both 3rd rounders, but if they wanted to go that route I am trading back from 38 into the mid to late 2nd and picking up another 3rd.
