We got a ball game. If we can score on the 1st drive after half we will be in a good spot. Just curious on Reiff I know he's done but did anyone hear the exact injury? All I heard was ankle but no specifics.

I'm sure getting killed all half has nothing to do with it

Just saw a report that Burrow sent the team into a frenzy in last night's team meeting with an expletive laden speech saying Why Not Us? No One Has Beaten Us This Season Without Us Beating Ourselves.

The O-line's gotta step up. Not gonna be easy but all it takes is 1 fumble/INT to change the game.

I personally thought that Tee was down on the fumble.  He's had a good half, overall, but the drop before the half was pretty bad.

Also 17/24 for 236 in the first half is off, that's a good thing for us. Let's hope for some good adjustments.

At the half:

Burrow 17/24 236 yards
Higgins 71 yards
Chase 57 yards
Uzomah 46 yards

One strength this team has had is halftime adjustments. Going into the half with a lead and getting the ball back to start I’m not worried. If they have a first drive like the first half it’s time to rely on the defense to hold this game together.

Since I haven’t been able to watch, I’m curious if they’ve been exploiting screens on the edges or trying to take the middle with Uzo at all?

Joe Mixon, 6 rushes, 5 yards

The importance of conserving timeouts ... we could have had some more points there at the end of the half if we had had a TO.

I wouldn't call that a pure drop - Higgins was slammed pretty good.

Pass more to Mixon, go for a trick play to Chase with the burners....

Is Brad at the game? If so put him in on the right side of the line. At least his wheel chair would get in their way.

Burrow does have something to do with that.  He can get the ball to the other skill players not named Tee or Chase.

Play calling in the red zone absolutely has to be better. Getting conservative everytime and drive is stalling by a bad run call, penalty, or slow developing pass’s.

Great run defense going up against a dog crap o-line

I know that doesn’t make sense to you. It’s all Mixon’s fault

And that’s with being sacked 5x…

Yep.

Our "running game" just needs to be dump off passes from here on out. Our oline is not opening a single hole.
