No.  It just shows that Obama did his best to sidestep Congress and due process under the Constitution.  Trump, while stumble fricking around, tries his best to follow the process of legislation.

What??  The cigarette lived it's intended purpose, it dies a glorious death.  Obama circumventing Congress by calling deep State friends and signing questionable executive orders is something different from previous administrators.  At least Donald Trump tries to get Congress to work in his direction.

I guess at this point the amount of dialogue acceptable for a meme thread is reached... Else I'd say, when a majority in congress goes blatantly and openly obstructionist, there's only so much a president can do. But alas, it's reached, so I can't say any more or else I might annoy a mod.
