Elway was coaxing Gary Kubiak out of retirement to be the OC and wanted a HC that would just stay out of his way and let him run his offense.

Yea a 5 year contract for 32.5 is 6.5 mil a year for a starting right tackle.

Team is not confirming interviews, so it comes from agents who want their guy's name out there. Most college coaches don't want it known because it could hurt recruiting.

Neither Taylor or Bieniemy can do anything until respective teams are no longer in the playoffs. This could be delayed until freaking February!
