Iloka did finish above Dix, Quinn, and Chancellor.

Okay, so I didn't get all the names right. Point is, he isn't a top-5 safety in the NFL, let alone "easily" a top-5 safety. That was the only point I was trying to get across.

15th would be right in the 12th-20th range I figured, which is good considering there's 64 starters, so that puts him in the top 25%.. the very bottom of the top 25%, but still top 25%. Good player, just hasn't fully realized his potential yet, so a little bit of overhype surrounds him after the 2014 season.

Best plan (since we have an iron grip on those comp. picks) would be to go after Jeremy Kerley. 2 years 5 million should do it.

We need to take the desperation level down from it's current level of UBER going into the draft.
