You'd be critical of management for lying to you.

Decency shouldn't take a back seat to partisanship.

Except, that didn't happen.

They no longer honor those who died in 9/11, and take advantage of those who do. Mellow

Occam's razor.

Either the GOP lied about no votes in the morning or 55 of 65 Republicans coincidentally were present for a surprise early morning vote on the one day that most Democrats were not present on the floor.

The calendar was "business as usual".  Typically when it's going to be a no-vote session, the Speaker puts it on the calendar.  It does appear, however, that the minority leader took it upon himself to assume that there would be no votes, and went on to let the rest of the Democrat caucus believe that it was the truth.

You do realize Occam's razor requires at least 2 options don't you? It seemed you did when starting your point with "either" but didn't provide an "or". What's the or?

Well look at that I missed the Or. My apologies to Pat. In my defense I didn't see the ying and yang of the 2 options. The only reason 55 GOP members showed up is because they lied?

I don't think anyone said no votes at all that day rather no morning votes because it was 9/11.
