But a medical report often can not prove WHO had sex with her. If there is DNA i assume they would test it.
Like I said before there is a HUGE difference between keeping down publicity about the number of crimes committed by one race and the police just letting people of a certain race or religion rape whoever they want. I can believe they might hide the details of people arrested. But I don't believe they would just let these guys rape a 13 year old girl without doing anything about it.
