It's the way he moves in and out of cuts with that low center of gravity,  That lean and acceleration.  He goes into high gear effortlessly.

I'll admit when Chase did his whirlpool move, shed three defenders and was off to the races I just started laughing. It seems that every week we are getting some kind of Ja'Marr Chase highlight reel material and that one to me was one of the best.

Remember when we played an earlier game (I think it was Minnesota) and people were giving Chase crap for saying he wanted to put a top corner on his highlight reel?  Hilarious

Yes, he is smooth with great balance. Wicked combination of talent and the dude is smart on top of it all.

He reminds me of a guy who does not get enough credit for being one of the best WRs of his generation. Torry Holt.  For the decade from '00-'09 no WR had more receptions or yards than Torry Holt.  He led the league in receiving yards twice ('00, '03) and finished in the top 10 for 8 straight years ('00-'07)  And Holt is almost exactly the same size as Chase (6'0", 200)

For some reason Holt didn't seem as thick as Chase. Reminds me more of Smith.

He changes direction, 180 degrees instantaneously where there is no stop, turn around, go..It's more like forward, backwards all at once.

Humphry's momentum went 3-4 steps downfield before Chase was already turned 180 after a complete stop..
