Considering Cruz's support of the infamous County Clerk in Kentucky, I think he would have the issues, just like Obama, and Bush before him.

Well if he did not enforce the laws then I will be here calling him on the carpet for that ... I know he is controversial in some things .... But I don't think he would not uphold the laws.
