Bengals could have given some very late round pick to end up with a 3-year, $30 mill deal.
No way they sign him for more than that.
I'm guessing it's going to be between $5-8 mill APY if it happens.

The Cowboys would probably never have accepted anything less than a 2nd rounder. They would not get the same cap relief trading him. So the only way there was going to be a trade was if they got something very high in value to offset the loss of cap space.
Collins will cost more than $10 per year.
