His weight loss is documented. He was over 350 at clemson official weigh ins a few years ago. He was official 335 fall camp aug 2019 for 2020 season. He weighed official 317 and 322 now at pro day and workout. He's shed weight pretty much every year at clemson. Around 320 is the lightest he's been in years. What difference it will have on his game who knows.

Maybe more teams are actually posting "official" heights and weights now. I just remember when you could plan on a guy measuring an inch shorter at the combine than his team had him listed on their roster.
