Bigot would most likely be the correct term for someone that thinks gays do not deserve rights. Not sure if it is preferred or not. The problem is; like many slurs, it is over used and often loses its effect, when properly applied.

Still 65% would be deplorable/Republicans.  Over the half number Clinton used.   Mellow
