We need the Librarians to keep track of our books and stuff. RE: Protected status ended for Liberians - Brownshoe - 03-28-2018 So Libationary behavior isn't protected anymore? Well damn, parties are going to be a lot less fun. RE: Protected status ended for Liberians - michaelsean - 03-28-2018 If they arrived here legally, I don't care if they get to stay. I mean it's 839 people. RE: Protected status ended for Liberians - StLucieBengal - 03-28-2018 (03-28-2018, 11:49 AM)michaelsean Wrote: If they arrived here legally, I don't care if they get to stay. Certainly you should have to re-apply every once in a while, but it should be pretty much automatic as long as you haven't gotten into trouble. Not permanent protected status. The reason was given because of a civil war. The war ended a while ago. No reason for the TPS now. It’s been continued because politicians do not want the bad headlines of ending the temporary status. These are no brained moves. I am for ending temporary protected status to the people who are no longer in danger back home. This also makes it easier to provide for TPS for those who are currently in trouble. Like the Europe Jews for instance. RE: Protected status ended for Liberians - michaelsean - 03-28-2018 (03-28-2018, 01:14 PM)StLucieBengal Wrote: They were here on Temporary Protected Status.
