The thing is, playaction doesn't work if you can't run the ball. 

Worst, playaction is slow to develop and will get you sacked if your Oline isn't good. Dalton's quick release has helped previous Olines. Holding the ball longer is gonna mean they have to do better. So far they mostly haven't.
