She invites Rudy back to a hotel room where he can be seen hoping onto the bed and reaching into his pants before Cohen, in character as Borats, runs into the room and tells him she is 15.

If Guliani was supposed to know the girl was only 15 then this is bad. If he did not know she was supposed to be 15 then I have no problem with what he did.
The link does not make it clear if Rudy was told she was just 15.

Apparently, SOME people have never opened a book before. Books ROUTINELY have blank pages at the beginning and end of them. But, I guess we only care about the truth when it's a story about Biden.
