All I know is they they are anti-Trump, Pro-Trump depending on who is posting them.

No. I don't have any problem reading tweets and I'm not registered on Twitter. It does say at the bottom of the page : Sign in or register, but you don't have to. I have never responded to a tweet, just read them. I imagine if you like to respond to them, you most likely would have to register.

Or they could try to convince electors to switch their votes, but that would be kind of low.
