How many more times can the bengals D shut down Pittsburgh offense. Odds are on their side, they start moving the ball.

Somebody get Joe some elevator cleats...

Watch the plays. These batted balls are on Burrow - he is giving off a tell when he is about to throw and the D linemen are timing their jumps on it.

There was no other way out of the pocket there.  But throwing it away would have saved some yardage.  On that field every inch can count when it comes to making the FG.

A rolling pocket would definitely give defenses something to think about

Well this time we aren't looking at the "Zac Taylor W-L when losing after three quarters" scenario.

So glad Bates couldn't use his arms to stop him for 2-3 instead of 5-6

If anything it would shorten up a passing angle and get them away from those defensive linemen that are getting push and also give him the option of throwing something away that wouldn't be intentional grounding.

Pretty obvious the D line is pulling back off contact and timing it...

Joe's a pure pocket passer, needs to PF more and the line needs to hold their blocks or pancake the MF'rs

Lol agreed. Terrible form on that tackle.

My 77 year old dad's comments about the game so far:
"CBS commetators are bullshit. Never a good comment about the Bengals. The Bengals are the better team."

I hope so. Have to get out of this game with a W as the Titans will be tough.
