Anyone know anything about Philip Wheeler? He had a couple of pretty good years, but seems to have declined over the last couple of seasons.
Plus there will be bigger fish to fry via FA after we learn of departures. Peko is going nowhere this year so a rookie that Peko can mentor and spell him periodically would be perfect.

Jenkins turned down a 5 yr/$45 million offer from the Rams and he's looking for around $12 million a year. That's way too rich for the Bengals blood.

Also, he's not good.
Bengals like their DBs disciplined. Jenkins is anything but.
He'll make splashy plays but he's also giving up a ton.
