Just an interesting story I thought may be interesting.
Seems like a good, sensible idea.
So it would never happen here and people would fight about who was paying for it and how.

That's part of the problem where some people want them to assimilate. To them they aren't assimilating as they aren't planning on staying. They're waiting until they can go home.
good program. But as someone else mentioned, wouldn't happen here. Would be politicized as wasted spending or oppressing minorities, depending on which side was complaining
