That is quite the Bizarro world. Since 1976, Texas and Florida gained 12 electoral votes each and both Ohio and Pennsylvania lost seven. New York lost 12, California gained 10, Arizona gained 5 and Illinois lost 6.

I wont knock your cynical approach, but potential spillage vs potential espionage vary more than the political parties of the accused offenders.
On a cynical note, I could see the fringe GOP members freaking out about this leading to an uptick in support for Biden. Or we could say it looks like the big difference so far is willful Retention.

Yes, as some journalist put it this morning--comparing apples to orangutangs. The Freedom Caucus will want a raid on Biden's residence to square things--even though Biden has not ignored any subpoena or supplied false accounting to the DOJ. Even though Biden notified the N Archives and returned the documents immediately.

Ohio voted Blue in 1992, 1996, 2008, and 2012 (4 of the last 8 elections). Trump also lost by a very large margin in Ohio in the 2016 primaries. ____________________________________________________________
