Justice Elena Kagan wrote that the majority’s rewriting of the act was “an effort to cabin the anti-pollution actions Congress thought appropriate.” Kagan referenced last year’s decision limiting the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.



In both cases, she noted, the court had appointed “itself as the national decision-maker on environmental policy.” Kagan was joined in what she wrote by her liberal colleagues Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Florida republicans really are a different breed.  If that guy walked around a conservative neighborhood in another state I'd wager he'd be preemptively shot.  Or if he were in that truck it would be "Dangerous obviously ANTIFA guy trying to sneak into our neighborhood using obvious MAGA disguise."

Um they were driving around in circles on the highway here in Cincinnati on multiple occasions. Keep the MAGA train rolling. .

If I was a grown man not involved in politics at all other than being a cheer leader and I worshipped another man likes these guys do. I think my friends would slap some sense in to me.
