Actions that do not constitute pass interference include but are not limited to:
(a) Incidental contact by a defender’s hands, arms, or body when both players are competing for the ball, or neither player is looking for the ball. If there is any question whether contact is incidental, the ruling shall be no interference.
(b) Inadvertent tangling of feet when both players are playing the ball or neither player is playing the ball.
© Contact that would normally be considered pass interference, but the pass is clearly uncatchable by the involved players.
(d) Laying a hand on a receiver that does not restrict the receiver in an attempt to make a play on the ball.
(e) Contact by a defender who has gained position on a receiver in an attempt to catch the ball.

They are not going to be throwing penalties on passes 10ft over a WR's head when the contact happens right when the ball goes over.

Say we get a top 10 pick...
Where do we go?
TE? OL? DE? LB? S? WR? RB?

Man I know we've bitched about Wolfgang Von Alexander in the past, but this whole year has been literally painful to watch. How he's completing anything is beyond me. Worst line I've seen in all my years as a Bengals fan.

Blame is not all on him but when he does have his shots...and he's had a few, he has to be spot on. Line is terrible so his opportunities will be few today so he better start making something happen if/when they come.

In other news, the Steelers look better and better every week. It really looks like our window has closed.

Gotta be a tackle. Then go center in round 2. Then a guard in round 3.

is Andy worth anything in trade? he ought to pull a Carson Palmer with this team. We all feel bad for Dalton, let him try to produce elsewhere. Why does AJ Green stick around? lol.
