Honest answer, it was some right wing group that posted it.  The current GOP REALLY has a problem with her and rather than talk about the issues they refer to as "little girl" and post videos of her dancing.

Of course "the right" also avoids debates/challenging questions and purposes huge spending bills with no plan to fund them.

I hereby admonish "some right wing group".

Cortez refused to even debate during her election and got complaints from media members that went to her campaign rallies to give her favorable coverage for not being allowed to ask her questions. Even CNN laughed at her 40 trillion proposal and inability to explain how to fund $38 trillion of it. Taking on more debt to fund a plan is one thing, she didn't even suggest doing that. He didn't suggest anything and refused to answer the question. I don't think she's worse than the average politician, but she has been woefully ill-prepared and completely unrealistic thus far.

All well and good...those are issues. 

If I've learned anything since DJT got elected as long as she won we must do what we can to fulfill her campaign promises! 

But yeah there is an underbelly of members of the GOP that are very misogynistic and age-biased so it bothered them enough to start this whole thing.

So when the Q-Anon (lol) account posted it it was to rile up the basest of the base in the GOP...not to discuss how she would fund medicare for all.

I can't blame her for repeating what got her elected, but no one wants her to repeat those things to a national audience more than Trump.
