This is noted as the first (ex-)member of special operations forces to be charged with the attempted insurrection. He is also, supposedly, a current (or maybe former, now) military contractor. What made this of special interest to me is that this is just up the road from me. The guy lives in Fishersville, which is about 20 minutes from me. I was just there, today, in fact. They have him pretty dead to rights when you see the affidavit from the alphabet boys.
