Yeah those are (mostly) reversible things. I will say there *can* be long term problems with either of those decisions (marriage, military) too.
I said in a separate conversation on this topic that we expect 17 year old students to pick what job they want, or their major and then act surprised when it doesn't work out. Those can be changed too though.
