In a controlled environment where he couldn't possibly be asked any real questions or had a chance to come up with any ideas at a moment's notice.

I posted a video in another thread about how he's always near doors when he "addresses" the media so he can make a quick escape and doesn't have to walk out in the open or down any long hallways.
